Given that I am viewing the forms on the ‘Form manager’ page
And the form listed in the table is an inactive form (does not exist on a landing page)
And has one or more submissions
When I click on the Radio button associated with the form
Then the 'Delete' button at the top right corner of the table is enabled
When I click the 'Delete' button
Then the Modal window pops up with a message
'Are you sure you want to delete this form?
The collected data will be permanently deleted along with the form'
And I see three buttons labeled 'Download data', 'Cancel' and 'Delete'
When I click 'Download data' button
Then all the submitted information is downloaded in a CSV format
When I click 'Cancel' button
Then the modal window closes
When I click 'Delete' button
Then the system completes the process of deleting the form
And returns to the Form manager page with the updated form list
