Console error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property'getDOMNode' of null" occurs after publishing a Form with Date field.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Add Form.
3. Add Date.
4. Publish.
5. Click somewhere on the page.
Actual: Error occurs on mouseup (attached).
Expected: No errors in console.

Remarks: Occurs also when creating a form with File field.
