When the timeline or full list is expanded, it cannot be hidden.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Landing Page
2. Insert a Code block (with content "Test")
3. Insert a Schedule Block and add one item (set airtime of that content in the future)
4. Publish LP
5. In View mode, expand "Full list"

Expected result:
"Full list" can be hidden by clicking in an area outside the tooltip.

Does not occur on 1.7.3

Actual result:
"Full list" hides only when the timeline tooltip is invoked (but then the timeline tooltip cannot be closed too).

Same behaviour is present in Edit mode
