Update .ez.yml file after the 1.9 stable branch was created.

File needs to be updated for 1.9 ("1.9", "1.9.x-dev") and master ("master", "1.10.x-dev").

Remarks: Flex Workflow is not affected because branch does not exist.
Date Based Publisher files are still in PR.
