Name is not updating when editing existing form.

Steps:
1. Created LP, add form with one field (Single Line Text), fill the name ('some name'),
2. Publish LP,
3. Go to edit,
4. Edit the form and change the field name ('some new text').

Actual: The name in the header is not updating.
Expect: The name in the header is updating.
