Missing field to type reviewer after clicking "Send to Review" on create content in different language as default 'eng-GB'.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to "Content" -> "Content structure"
2. Click on "Create" and select f.e. "Blog post".
3. Type "Title" field and change language to 'French".
4. Click "Send for Review".

Actual: Only "Add a Reviewer" text is displaying in popup.
Expected: "Add a Reviewer" text and field to type Reviewer should be displaing.
