Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a landing page with a form builder block,
2. Add at least 2 fields in the block config popup - the Fields tab,
3. Save the config,
4. Save/publish landing page,
5. Go back to a previously saved landing page,
6. Open the form builder block config popup and go to the Fields tab,
7. Notice that the order of fields is incorrect.
