Form builder block changes drop zone size.

Steps:
1. Create new Lading page (with default layout).
2. Check the size of the drop zone. [screenshot 1]
3. Add Form block.
4. Delete the block.
5. Check the size of the drop zone. [screenshot 2]
Actual: Drop zone size changes, it shrinks.
Expected: Drop zone size does not change.
