Root Landing Page :
I was in the process to schedule a new main story on the root landing page and opted to overflow the existing story to the Editorial teaser section.

Steps followed:
1. Selected a time in the future on the timeline bar at the top of the page
2. Opted for overflow to Editorial Teaser in the settings
3. Added new content by replacing the existing story with Oslo (published prior to scheduling the story)
4. Clicked Publish

For Sales demo (v1.6) - it works perfectly. see the attached image 'Root_Landing_v1.6.png'

For dev demo - the overflow does not follow the same pattern. See the attached image 'Root_Landing_dev.png'. The overflowed story of Brooklyn is not the first story in the Editorial Teaser block. Even the full list of the dev demo shows inconsistencies. The Brooklyn line item does not show up in the full list.

I tried to schedule Oslo as the content for main story block in both v1.6 and dev and opted for overflow to the top grid. In both cases the Main story block changes but the old content does not overflow to the top grid
