Publish later manual date selection does not work.

Steps:
1. Log into studio demo.
2. Go to Home.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Publish Later.
5. Enter date but do not use the calendar picker - enter date as in a input field.
6. Click Submit.
Actual: Regardless what date is entered (future or past) today's date is used.
Expected: Entering (manually) past date is blocked by validation. Entering future date manually is applied.

Remarks: Behaves the same also when publishing in the future in Content mode.
