The serializer passes blanks if alwaysAvailable is false to solr.

As such the field is not added and is undefined later the NativeResultExtractor and throws an 'Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$content_always_available_b'

This could be fixed by handling the undefined value in NativeResultExtractor or serializing booleans to '1' or '0'
