Adding new page section on the main page below `Get started with eZ Platform` section.
There should be new Content Type 'Page section'. On the main page we should display list of sections based on sorting mode.

Behavior on website

• Title should not be displayed
• If one column is empty another should be displayed 100%;
• Displaying blocks should support order based on Priority.

Technical information

For the anchor, if the anchor field is empty the name of the object should be used:
