As a PM, I want to be able to host live images and assets embedded in various resources such as GitHub README.md files, so that I can link to a permanent home for common brand assets (Pulley, box logo, etc.)

For example, I would like to be able to place an SVG (or PNG) of Pulley inside a GitHub README file by pointing to a URL such as (for example)
