Here is a small list of possible enhancements to the already great new ez community portal theme :

• titles & block shadows
• some round corners on nav & footer (to delimitate those from page background)
• new "ezShare" theme for TinyMCE
• simple hover effects
• higher logo resolution
• more detailed footer content

CSS3 would be good for those as it's simple to implement and degrade smoothly.
