After `send for review` command content link (uri) is hardcoded in the database. This makes everything hard to migrate to a different domain.

Issue discovered when updating ezstudio-demo-bundle.

Steps to reproduce:

• create a new content object (eg. article)
• click Send for review
• run the app under different domain (setup vhost configuration)
• login using reviewer credentials
• click notification button and choose new content to review

Actual:

• you will be redirected to the old domain

Expected:

• you should be redirected to the new domain
