Pls, provide a description of Information Panel, which should display an information about the following statuses:

• name of the active mode (Viewing or Editing) and action (Creating New Content)
• the current URL of previewing website
• date and time of the last page modification
• author of the modification

Note: Information Panel is available in both View and Edit modes.
