    Description

      Reset password doesn't show insufficient permissions error.

      Prereq.: User assigned to role with only Login policy from User module (e.g. Editor with Content / *).

      Steps:

      1. Go to login page.
      2. Click on Forgot password link.
      3. Enter email address.
      4. Follow Reset password link.
      5. Enter and confirm new password.
      6. Click Update.

      Actual result: Reset password page reloads.
      Expected result: Error message is displayed that user doesn't have permission to update password.

      Remarks: Error message is displayed on Dashboard after user logs in to admin panel (attached).
