This Epic groups issues related to better multilingual support of URL Aliases. The main goal is to be able to store multiple entries of the same path for different languages, so storing archived and custom entries is possible per language.

The need for that change comes from the fact that a language can be mapped to a SiteAccess, so the same semantic path can behave differently based on that Site context.
