Steps:

1. Create setup as in EZP-31584.
2. Log in as new user.
3. Open "Article" from Dashboard.
4. Go to Relations tab.
5. Open "Image".
6. Go to Relations tab.
7. Try to open "Article"

Actual result: Error 403, "User does not have access to 'read' 'content'".
Expected result: When accessed from Dashboard "Article" is displayed in folder A without displaying that location.

Update: Relations tab affects v3.1 also.

Steps for Search:

1. Go to Content / Content structure / Search.
2. Search for "Aritcle"
3. Try to open it.

Actual result: Error 403, "User does not have access to 'read' 'content'".
Expected result: When accessed from Dashboard "Article" is displayed in folder A without displaying that location.

Update: Search part behaves differently on v3.1. There is no 403 error but "Cannot load location" error is displayed in UI (please see attached).
