When in COTF make UDW and consecutive COTF views take the full view for better UX experience and avoid potential errors for users.

Current issue:

• As a user, when I clicked on Content On The Fly button (Dashboard), UDW is triggered, I select the location and I start to add content to it;
• Then, when I have to add a content item to it (e.g: I am creating an article and I want to add an image I have in the repository), UDW is triggered again. Here is when the potential pain points for users show up (see "Current_Create_COTF_view.png", "Current_UDW_blended_in_COTF.png" and "Current_UDW_when_in_COTF.png"), given all buttons are available for the user.

Suggested solution:

Make UDW take the whole view, as well as for the case of the latest COTF content item created take the whole view. This is in order to avoid conflicts and guide them to solve one task at a time, so that when they go from one view to the new one there's a clearer reference for them of the flow they are in at each step of it.
