Hide selection sidebar in Calendar if no publications has been selected.

When seeing Calendar view, c-selection-sidebar is open/available for the user before any content has been selected. This sidebar should be only visible right after the user selects one or more future publications and viceversa (if user clears out all selected future publications, sidebar should disappear right after that action is performed).
