Collapsed column in UDW doesn't display name.

Steps:

1. Add to bookmarks a content item which is at least on level 4 in the tree.
2. Open UDW.
3. Go to Bookmarks.
4. Select the item.

Actual result: Second column is collapsed and its name is not displayed.
Expected result: Second column is collapsed and its name is displayed.

Remarks: If you expand the column and collapse it again name is displayed correctly.
