Content type translations are not displayed in several places.

Steps:

1. Set up e.g. 3 languages (EN, FR, DE).
2. Add translations for these languages to content types (e.g. article, folder, landing page etc.)
3. Set up 3 admin siteaccesses for each language and create admin users for each siteaccess with appropriate language selected in user settings.
4. Log in to these admin siteaccesses and verify that in several places translations for CTs are not displayed (please see attached).
