Steps:

1. Go to Admin/Content Types/Users/User
2. Edit User Content Type
3. Check Prevent reusing old password
4. Save
5. Go to Admin/Users/Administrator users
6. Create user and Publish
7. Edit created user and try to use old password

Result: 500 error occurs.

Remark: Occurs only on v2, on v3 validation appears.
