There is an issue with table toolbar when using tables pasted from an external source (another site, Word, Excel etc.).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new article.
2. Create a table in Word.
3. Paste it in the RichText field of the article.

Result:

Table toolbar isn't visible.

Note:

The issue is reproducible if the used markup contains some other entities inside table cells e.g. <p>.
