Steps:

1. Create a role with following policies:

• Content: Read (State: Lock:Locked, Colours: Green)
• User: Login
• Section: View
• Content: Edit
• Content: Versionread
• Content: Create
• Content: Reverserelatedlist
• Content: Publish

2. Create a user and assign him to the role
3. As admin create a container content item and set its object states for locked and green
4. Log in as a user from step 2
5. Go to content item from step 3
6. Click Create to create new content item, a child of the previous one
7. Fill required fields, click Publish

Actual result:

403 error is displayed. Content is not published, it's just saved as a draft.

Expected result:

Content should be published. User coudl be redirected to the parent preview and an information could be displayed that he is not permitted to display created content preview.
