The customer observed that using section limitations doesn't work when trying to reach limited section.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new user test.
2. Add an admin role to this user with specifying limitation to Media section.
3. Login as "test".
4. Try to enter Content -> Media section.

Result:
The user is presented with the following error:

An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("User does not have access to 'view' 'section'").
