Images are not displayed for error 500 messages

Steps:

1. Try to add a translation (as in https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-30653)
   or
2. Try to embed image/content (as in https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-30652)

Actual: Error message is displayed but the image is missing (attached).
