As a Developer I want to use Symfony's EventListeners instead of SignalSlots

    Description

      As a human being, I don't want to use SignalSlots at all.

      Todo:

      • create new EventDispatcher Repository layer,
      • replace emitted Signals with a Event dispatching,
      • replace Slots with proper EventSubscribers,
      • drop SignalSlot Repository layer,
      • drop SignalSlot abstractions,
      • improve tests.
