This was originally a part of EZP-30390, however there are some unclear parts which are the reason for extracting this task.

1. When ezpage gets removed, Solr search engine integration fails, possibly due to test data, but it also implies that we need to provide an upgrade script which will drop obsolete data from database.
2. Along with ezpage we dropped Block-related extension points (emphasizing it so we don't forget about it when creating upgrade instructions).
