If eZ Platform siteaccess setting is set to the first repository value in one site access and as ~ (null, or not set which will have this as default value) in another (which means the same). HttpCache purging will not work as tag prefixes will not match.

This is regression introduced in https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-29194 (see comments for reports on this).
