Use case:
When in small devices (13" inches or less) and Content Tree expanded tabs are grouped below current row generating an unexpected UX effect (see attached "Tabs_current.png")

As user I want to see container-adapting tabs collapsed into a dropdown, this way this component would be adapted not only for small screen devices, but also for multi-lingual environments (see pictures attached: "Tabs_into_dropdown.png" and "Tabs_dropdown_expanded.png").

This should be considered as extensibility point and applied to all Tabs component cases where they are used (dashboard view, for instance).
