Steps:

1. Add Content Type with ezauthor field type.
2. Go to Content/Content structure click create and select content type from previous step
3. Add 3 options to ezauthor (test1, test2, test3) and publish.
4. Edit created Content item.
5. Remove second author and add two more (test4, test5)
6. Publish
