Webpack encore, when run under Windows generates assets in:
`ezplatformee\'web\assets'\translations`

*Steps to reproduce*:
1) run `composer run post-install-cmd` after install

*Result*:
translations are in `C:\Apache24\htdocs\ezplatformee\'web\assets'\translations`

The problem is probably caused by folders separators `/`, which on Windows are different.
