Console error when adding link inside inline custom tag

Precondition:
Inline custom tag defined

Steps:
1. Create new content which contains RichText field, e.g. Folder.
2. Type some text.
3. Highlight text and add inline custom tag.
4. Add link to text inside inline custom tag.

Actual result:
Error occurs

TypeError: Cannot read property 'is' of null
