Case:
1) user A logs into the systems
2) state of Content Tree is saved in localStorage for user A
3) user B logs into the systems on the same browser as user A
4) state of Content Tree is saved in localStorage for user B overriding state of user A

In 4th point state of content tree for user A should not be overridden.
