Very long usernames can cover the admin link in PlatformUI when using low resolutions. The minimum supported resolution for 1.7 is 1024-by-768.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Admin Panel -> Users
3. Go to "Administrator users" group
4. Start creating a new User
5. Enter "Kiefer William Frederick Dempsey George Rufus" as First name
6. Enter "Sutherland" as Last name
7. Fill the rest of the required fields and publish
8. Logout
9. Login as created user

Result:
The user name covers the "Admin Panel" link, see screenshot attached.
