Steps to recreate:
1. Create a new Role with the following Policies

• User/Login
• Tags/All
• Content/Create (Limitation: Article)
• Content/Read
• Content/Edit
• Content/Publish

2. Assign a user to this Role
3. Login with the user credentials
4. Navigate to 'Content Structure'
5. Click on Browse and launch the UDW

Error:
When I select a content item (Any Content Type other than Article) then the 'Confirm' button is always disabled.

Expected behavior
The Confirm button in the UDW should be enabled.
The status of the button should be based content/read permissions, not content/create.
