Steps:

1. Update Editor's role:
Policies:

• User/Login
• Content/Read
• Content/Create
• Content/Publish
• Content/Versionread
  Assignments:
• Subtree of Location: /Home
• Subtree of Location: /Media

2. Create Editor user
3. Log in as Editor
4. Go to Content/Content structure and click create
5. Select Article fill required fields and click Preview
6. Go back and click Preview once again

Actual result:

User is not redirected to the preview. Notification is shown: "Cannot save content draft."

Expected result:

Preview should be displayed? Or Preview button should be disabled if Content/Edit is needed.
