Buttons are not consistent with buttons' design in other modals. Occurs for Image Assets and Content Items with sub-items. Deleting modals don't have title in header.

Steps to display the modal (Image Assets):

1. Create Content Type with Image Assets field
2. Create Content Item based on Content Type from previous step.
3. Click Send to trash button

Steps to display the modal (Content Item with sub-items):

1. Create a Folder
2. Create several sub-items under the Folder
3. Go to Folder and click Trash button
