Though Article CT is translated entirely, richtext fields labels aren't translated in CI creation form.

Prerequisites

1. Additional language defined in Admin->Languages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add translation to Article Content Type
2. Add new Article Content Item
3. Add new translation to created Article, for the same language as CT translation

Expected result

All labels of Article CT are translated

Richtexts labels aren't translated
