When creating a translation for a content type, I can create the translation easily, but can't seem to have it being used by the system.

Step to reproduce:
1 - create a translation of a content type in FR (in my case Product list)
2 - change the language of your browser to FR
3 - go to /Content and try to create a new content item of the Product list content type.
4 - Content type translation is not used in:

• UDW (when creating from the dashboard).
• In Create widget interaction (when selecting the content type from Content view.
• In Content Edit mode.
• In Content View mode.
