Content Type title is not translated in Content on the Fly header.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Add a new language (for example Polish)
3. Go to Admin -> Content Types -> Content -> Folder
4. Add new polish Translation: Folder Pol
5. Go to Dashboard
6. Start creating a new Folder using Content on the Fly

Result:
Content Type name is not translated in the first title

Expected:
Content Type name is translated
