Steps:

1. Create Content Type with ezuser field type
2. Go to Content/Content structure
3. Click Create and select Content Type from step 1

Actual result:

Error 500 is displayed: The option "intent" with value null is invalid. Accepted values are: "register", "create", "update".

Expected result:

Creation form is displayed.
