Bulk move & delete buttons work without selection.

Steps:

1. Log in to admin panel.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Create new (empty) folder.
4. Scroll down, try clicking the Move and Delete buttons on the Sub-items menu.

Issue: Buttons look disabled (they are greyed out and mouse cursor changes) but when clicked UDW / pop-up opens.
