Steps:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Modify Editor's role like below:

• Content/Create with limitation Location: /Media/Files (Node)
• User/Login
• Content/Read
• Content/Publish
• Content/Versionread

No assignment limitation.

3. Create Editor User
4. Log in as Editor
5. Click Create on Dashboard
6. Select Article and Media/Files location

Actual result:

Console shows lots of has-access requests and still pending.

Expected result:

Not so many requests
