Steps:

1. Create new content which contains RichText field, e.g. Article.
2. Add Embed
3. Add Table

Actual result:
Embed block is overwritten by Table, toolbar disappears. See attached screen to see what console shows.

Expected result:
Table is created below Embed. No errors in console.
