      Description

      Steps:

      1. Installed any translation, for example Polish:

      composer require ezplatform-i18n/ezplatform-i18n-pl_pl

      2. Set up Polish language in web browser
      3. Create new file in vendor/ezplatform-i18n/ezplatform-i18n-pl_pl/ezplatform-admin-ui/messages.pl_PL.xlf (it can be copied from ezplatform-admin-ui/src/bundle/Resources/translations/messages.en.xliff)/
      4. Edit messages.pl_PL.xlf and change any target.
      5. Run

      composer run post-update-cmd

      and clear cache.
      6. Run the application

      Actual result:

Nothing is translated. Symfony profiler displays locale en_GB. After logging in everything is translated.

      Expected result:

      User should see translated phrases.

I confirm the same situation. As far as I'm concerned, step 3 is not necessary: the login page's strings aren't translated, while the rest of the backoffice is.

By forcing some settings (`framework.locale` and `ezpublish.admin_site.languages`, I did get it translated, but it is not documented like this).

Linked to a ticket reported by S├ębastien Morel (EZP-29902). He is trying to translate a bundle and the translation locale is not set correctly.

As far as I'm concerned, translations worked fine in all parts I tested besides the login page. As described in the comment above, I was able to work around it by tweaking the symfony locale settings, but I don't know how to fix it in a generic way.
