When using the repository in console context it does not respect the --siteaccess option.

This is the result of command-services injecting repository services or the repository itself. Those command-services are called to be added to the list of available commands before the ConsoleCommandListener can set the scope.

This makes it impossible to use the lookup-method of the URLAliasService if the language-code of the alias is anything but eng-GB.
