The ezxmltext -> richtext conversion scripts knows nothing about the legacy and ezplatform configuration of custom tags. It is in most cases able to decided if a custom tag is inline or block based on the ezxmltext markup. ( In the cases it has to guess that. it will log an warning )

The conversion script should also give a report of what custom tags a given database contains so that the user knows what custom tags to implement in ezplatform.
